These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Simple Pro platform, including our website at simplepro.app and the application at app.simplepro.app (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Simple Pro (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Simple Pro provides an AI-first field service management platform for trade professionals (plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, landscapers, and others). The Service includes:

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must provide payment to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are as stated on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Annual subscriptions offer a discount equivalent to approximately two months free.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price in effect at the time of renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@simplepro.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period of 7 days to update your payment method. After the grace period, your account may be suspended or downgraded.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Belle provides automated call handling, scheduling, and estimation assistance. Belle is not a licensed contractor, engineer, plumber, electrician, or any other trade professional. Information provided by Belle should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you upload to or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law, and that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers for the collection and processing of their data.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content created by Simple Pro, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIMPLE PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Simple Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simple Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 7–14 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California, for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@simplepro.app. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
